Harvey Keitel has signed with United Talent Agency.
Keitel recently completed Jane Campion’s “Holy Smoke,” which will premiere at the Venice Film Festival. He will next be seen with Matthew McConaughey and Bill Paxton in Universal’s “U-571.”
Keitel had been repped by the William Morris Agency, whose London office will continue to represent the actor in the U.K.
Along with his partner Peggy Gormley, Keitel’s production company, the Goatsingers, has a first-look deal with USA Films. They are working on projects including “The Grey Zone,” written by Tim Blake Nelson; “Henry and the Second Gunman,” adapted by Tom Leopold from his own novel; and “Dreaming of Julia,” written by Juan Gerard and Letvia Arza-Goderich.
Goatsingers exec produced Tony Bui’s “Three Seasons,” which won the Grand Jury and audience awards at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
