TORONTO — Chum Television senior executives Mark Rubinstein and Jay Switzer have been promoted in recognition of their contributions to the company.
Rubinstein was promoted to senior VP and general manager of ChumCity, taking care of TV and related services emanating from the ChumCity building in downtown Toronto.
Switzer was upped to senior VP of programming at Chum Television, overseeing programming for Chum TV’s specialty channels and local TV stations.
Chum TV, a division of Chum Ltd., owns and operates 27 radio stations, six local independent TV stations and 10 specialty channels across Canada.
