Edgar Bronfman Jr. will be honored Nov. 18 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel at the fifth annual “Stars of Tomorrow” dinner gala and scholarship fund-raiser.
The Fulfillment Fund, the largest private donor of scholarships to students in the greater Los Angeles area and the administrator of a large mentor program across the U.S., will host the event.
Chairing the event are Elizabeth and Jim Wiatt. Dinner chairs are Kelly Chapman and Ron Meyer; Monique and Doug Morris; and Kate Capshaw and Steven Spielberg.
Stevie Wonder will provide music, and Fox’s domestic film group chairman Tom Sherak will lead a live auction.
Founded in 1977, the Fulfillment Fund is a nonprofit org dedicated to building self-esteem and self-awareness among disadvantaged students with outstanding potential. Some of those helped are physically disabled.
Previous “Stars of Tomorrow” honorees include Rupert Murdoch; Wolfgang Puck and Barbara Lazaroff; and Candy and Aaron Spelling.
