Screenwriter-author Michael Blake, who penned the Oscar-winning screenplay for “Dances With Wolves,” has signed with International Creative Management.

Among Blake’s other credits is “Marching to Valhalla,” the George Custer tale that is set up at New Line Cinemas.

Writers Stephen Susco and John Weidner, the duo who penned New Line’s “Bone in the Throat,” have signed with APA, where they will be repped by David Saunders. Susco and Weidner also are developing the thriller “Johnny Nitrate” for Rhino Films and Interlight Pictures, which Weidner will direct.

Writing team Steven List & Astrid Neal, who penned the Drew Barrymore-starring vehicle “Born to Shop” for Fox 2000, have signed with Innovative Artists agency. The duo currently is working on their screenplay “Venus,” which has Jenna Elfman attached to star for producers Bob Kosberg, Brian Medavoy and Erwin More.

Nicholas Brendon, who co-stars on the Fox TV series “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” has signed with the Gersh Agency, where he will be represented by Leslie Siebert.

Actor David Suchet, who appears in the current release “A Perfect Murder,” has signed with J. Michael Bloom & Associates. The Brit character actor’s other credits include a long-running stint as Agatha Christie’s Belgian detective Hercule Poirot in the BBC series; and a starring role in Jonathan Nossiter’s Sundance fave “Sunday.”

TV director-producer Christopher Chulack (“ER”) and director Stan Lathan (“The Steve Harvey Show”), have signed with Creative Artists Agency.

Chulack continues to be managed by Ken Gross Management; and Lathan is managed by Sandy Wernick of Brillstein-Grey.
