Disney Telefilms ups exex

Keith, Green named veeps of prod'n

Leah Keith and Peter Green have been upped to veepees of production for Disney Telefilms.

Keith and Green, both previously directors of development for Disney Telefilms, were credited by Walt Disney TV prexy Charles Hirschhorn as being “tremendous assets” in Disney’s successful revival this season of ABC Sunday-night movie showcase “The Wonderful World of Disney.”

Keith joined Walt Disney Pictures in 1993 as a creative exec on the feature pic “Tom & Huck.” She segued to Disney Telefilms in 1995. Green joined Disney as director of casting for Hollywood Pictures in 1991. He moved to Disney Telefilms in 1996.

Between them, Keith and Green have worked on most of this season’s “Wonderful World of Disney” made-fors, including the well-received “Ruby Bridges,” “Toothless,” “Angels in the Endzone” and “The Garbage Picking, Field Goal Kicking Philadelphia Phenomenon.”
