NEW YORK — Sheraton Kalouria, who oversaw the promo launches for ABC’s “The Wonderful World of Disney” and “Disney’s One Saturday Morning,” has been upped to VP of marketing and promotion for the Alphabet web’s daytime division.
Kalouria will oversee the marketing and promotion of all ABC Daytime programs as well as “synergy initiatives” within the division. He’ll report to ABC Daytime topper Angela Shapiro, who announced Kalouria’s appointment Tuesday.
Kalouria, who joined ABC in 1993, had been serving as director of marketing for the all Disney-branded product airing on the web, including the “Wonderful World of Disney” franchise and ABC kidvid programming. He will relocate from Los Angeles to New York for his new position.
Before coming to ABC, Kalouria had been an account supervisor at Grey Advertising, overseeing media plans for Kraft General Foods. He had also been a marketing manager at CompuServe.
