CBS’ Goldstein adds VP title

Wendi Goldstein has added the tile of vice president of special comedy programs to her current status as director of comedy development at CBS Entertainment, reporting to Gene Stein, VP of comedy development.

During her tenure at CBS, Goldstein has helped develop the comedies “Everybody Loves Raymond,” “The Nanny,” “The Gregory Hines Show,” “George & Leo,” and the midseason sitcom “Style & Substance.”

She first joined CBS in 1990 in the current programming department, and she was named manager of comedy/drama series in 1992 and associate director of comedy development in 1993. She was upped to director in 1994. Prior to CBS, Goldstein was a senior copywriter at BBK Advertising.
