Writer Akiva Goldsman, whose credits include such films as Warner Bros.’ “A Time to Kill” and the upcoming “Batman and Robin,” has signed on with CAA for representation.
Goldsman, currently on location in London for New Line’s “Lost in Space,” which he wrote and produces, has gained a reputation as one of the town’s hardest-working scribes. Goldsman has also penned such films as “Silent Fall” and “The Client,” and got a shared credit on “Batman Forever.” He has a first-look production deal at Warner Bros. through Weed Road Pictures.
Goldsman is also producer and writer on “Flesh and Ink,” a co-production with Icon Prods. at Warner Bros.
Goldsman had been at ICM, where he was repped by Steve Rabineau. Rabineau recently announced that he was departing the tenpercentery.
At CAA, he will be repped by a team including David O’Connor, Beth Swofford and Richard Lovett.
