The mystery of the blimp hovering over the Miramax party on Oscar night has finally been solved. The blimp flashed a congrats message to the Disney-owned indie on winning its numerous Oscars, including best pic-ture for “The English Patient.”Despite the appearance of a Harvey Weinstein-induced incident, reps at the company flatly denied it. “It’s not Har-vey. It’s not Harvey,” cried a press rep for the company. “But if you find out who it was, tell us, because we want to thank them.” Turns out, “Entertainment Tonight” was the culprit. The TV skein has sent the blimp out for the last 10 years con-gratulating winners at parties around town.
