Bette Midler has signed with Endeavor, adding another star to the agency’s growing talent roster. Midler had met with all the major agencies after officially leaving Creative Artists Agency late last week. Her decision came down Wednesday afternoon.
Midler will become the most high-profile actress on the two-year-old agency’s talent roster. The agency also reps Wesley Snipes, Adam Sandler, Stephen Dorff, Lisa Kudrow, Julie Delpy, Hank Azaria, Ken Olin and Patricia Wettig.
The agency began as a literary boutique repping writer-directors, and over the past year has grown to include thesps. Midler, who last starred in “That Old Feeling,” is currently finalizing a deal to move her All Girl Prods. from the Bubble Factory to Universal Pictures (Daily Variety, June 16). She also starred in the $105.5 million box office grosser “First Wives Club.”
