H.C. Hernandez

H.C. Hernandez, who served in various executive capacities for several entertainment companies, died April 24 of cancer-related complications at USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. He was 65.

At the time of his death, Hernandez was serving as exec VP for Olympic Entertainment Group, as well as exec VP of marketing for its Children’s Cable Network division.

Before joining Olympic, Hernandez was VP of Orsatti Prods., president of Educational Film Systems and a co-founder of the Motion Picture Development Fund.

He is survived by a daughter, two sons and a granddaughter.
