Charles H. Stein

Charles H. Stein, father of Herb Stein, director of “Days of Our Lives,” and Robert Stein, a senior vice president for the William Morris Agency, died Aug. 13 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. He was 87.

Stein escaped Nazi Germany in 1939, fleeing to England and later settling in New York City.
