Sony Pictures Entertainment has beefed up its human resources profile with the appointment of two new VPs, one handling corporate human resources, the other international.
Willard Eng is the corporate forms man, joining the studio full time as VP, corporate human resources and diversity, after a seven-year stint as a consultant in areas of management and organization to various corporations, including SPE, AT&T, Procter & Gamble, Viacom, the Walt Disney Co. and Time Warner.
Also, R. Andrew Craggs comes to SPE as VP of international human resources after a stint as director in the same area for Disney. He will oversee all human resources functions for the international divisions of SPE’s film and television arms.
Both will be based on the studio’s Culver City lot and will report to SPE corporate senior VP Lucy Wander-Perna.
