Buena Vista Home Video has upped Mitch Koch to senior veep/G.M. The move, which gives the vid vet responsibility for all areas of the homevideo arm, marks the first significant exec appointment by recently installed prexy Michael Johnson.
In the newly created post, Koch will oversee distribution, sales, operations, marketing and finance of the homevideo leader. He will report to Johnson.
Johnson called Koch “a strong leader for the future of our North American video organization” and predicted that he will “raise the bar in the video industry, once again.”
