NEW YORK – Scott Landis, who built a solid client list of young talent from a New York base, has resigned from Innovative Artists and is in talks to land at one of several major agencies.
Landis, who was VP of Innovative’s New York operations, has a client list that includes Liv Tyler, Alison Elliott (“The Spitfire Grill”), Edward Furlong, Geoffrey Wright (“Basquiat”) and Kevin Corrigan (“Walking and Talking).
Landis has been in conversations with CAA, ICM, William Morris and UTA. Sources said he’s expected to join one of the percenteries by New Year’s Day or shortly thereafter. Presumably, some of his clients would join him.
Though Landis had been based in Gotham, sources said he’ll likely relocate to Hollywood when he takes up a new post. He could not be reached for comment.
