Fox Kids Network has expanded its marketing/promotion and programming arms as the company’s partnership with Saban Entertainment begins to take form.
Appointments and promotions under CEO Margaret Loesch include Donna Cunningham from VP to senior VP of business affairs, and Maureen Smith from veep to senior veep of planning and program scheduling.
Susan Frank, exec VP of marketing and promotion, has also added several new staff, including hiring Jennifer Burns as veepee of marketing from Hanna-Barbera, where she was director of marketing. Lisa Sirlin, formerly World Wide Web administrator for Hanna-Barbera and Turner Broadcasting, has come aboard as director of online entertainment.
Also, Jennifer Luke has been upped from director to VP of promotion and sales development. Robin Lea has moved into the director of network promotions slot from manager. Pamela Hudson, formerly director of advertising and promotion for Twentieth Television, has moved to Fox Kids as VP of station relations, and Marni Bernstein, a writer/producer at ABC Entertainment, has joined as veep of on-air promotions.
