Gold Baton Passed to News Vet Schorr

Production: Veteran newsman Daniel Schorr, whose reputation as a reporter earned him membership on the late president Richard Nixon's "enemies list" during the Watergate years, won the Alfred I. duPont-Columbia University Gold Baton award at the 54th annual ceremony last week in New York. Schorr, who worked at CBS and CNN and is now at National Public Radio, was honored for "exceptional contributions to radio and TV reporting and commentary."
