Frank Casey, the head of Warner Bros.’ Chicago field operations for more than 50 years, died in his Chicago home July 25 of a heart attack.

Casey was hired by Jack Warner and handled such Chicago premieres as “My Fair Lady” and “Mame.”

Casey never married and is survived by his sister, Virginia.

The family has suggested that any donations be made to the Maryville City of Youth in Des Plaines, 111., in care of Father John Smith.
