Another Paramount vet is headed for Twentieth TV, with Dana Freedman ankling her post of marketing veep for Arsenio Hall Communications to become VP of publicity for the Fox wing.
The post will encompass publicity efforts for Twentieth’s network production and syndie wings.
It had originally been limited to network production.
Prior to working for Hall, which is a Par staff position, Freedman spent five years with the praisery Bender, Goldman & Helper.
At the outside firm, she managed the publicity campaigns for such Par TV series as “Star Trek: The Next Generation,””Wings,””Entertainment Tonight” and “The Arsenio Hall Show,” which she helped launch in 1989.
Freedman’s position on Hall’s staff has not yet been filled. In her capacity with the talkshow host, Freedman oversaw all publicity and marketing efforts for the company’s film and TV wings.
Her efforts included an AIDS awareness homevid release, “Time Out: The Truth About HIV, AIDS and You,” as well as Hall’s upcoming entry into feature film production, “Bopha.”
