Michael Jackson’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, described as “totally false” the allegations of a 13-year-old boy who claims he was molested by Jackson.
The boy claims the singer told him their relationship was “in the cosmos” and “meant to be” and that he could go to juvenile hall if it were revealed.
In investigative documents reviewed by the Associated Press on Thursday, the boy told Los Angeles County Dept. of Children’s Services caseworker Ann T. Rosato that he and Jackson had a four-month relationship that started with hugs and kisses and escalated into sexual acts by Jackson.
“It really got out of hand,” the boy told Rosato, according to one document. A source who acted on condition of anonymity supplied the documents to the AP.
Weitzman said he had not seen the papers in question but had been told what they contained.
Attorneys for the boy’s parents did not return calls to their offices Thursday. A Children’s Services spokesman said caseworkers are forbidden by state law to discuss cases publicly.
