Director Nagy not charged

Prosecutors refused Thursday to file pandering charges against Hollywood director Ivan Nagy, the ex-boyfriend of reputed madam-to-the-stars Heidi Fleiss.

During a brief hearing, Municipal Court Commissioner Abraham Kahn was told by Deputy District Attorney Alan Carter that charges wouldn’t be filed. The commissioner then “exonerated” Nagy’s $ 25,000 bond.

Emerging moments later in a courthouse hallway jammed with reporters and photographers, Nagy attorney Barry Levin said the decision vindicated his client , who directed such TV shows as “Starsky & Hutch.”

Carter didn’t say why prosecutors refused to file charges.
