This madcap spoof on The Incred ible Hulk is an outlandish mix of gory violence and realistic special effects.

The story concerns Melvin, a 90-pound weakling who works in a body-building club pushing around a mop, and who is hated by the muscular and healthy types that flaunt their bodies before him and the audience.

Following some rather pointless shenanigans in which Melvin is humiliated by the bodybuilders, he jumps out of a window and lands in a truck carrying toxic waste. This transforms him into a hulking monster, but one seeking only to right wrongs in his town and persecute the meanies.
