Summit Entertainment and Lionsgate have agreed to walk down the aisle, combining the town's leading minimajors in a complex cash and stock deal worth $412.5 million.
Summit Entertainment will open the fifth and final "Twilight" film Nov. 16, 2012 -- nearly a full year after the fourth film -- with the official title "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 2."
Summit Entertainment has set Oct. 22 as the release date for "Red," its espionage thriller starring Bruce Willis, Morgan Freeman and Helen Mirren.
