London-based sales and financing house Intandem Films has pacted with L.A. shingle Libertine Films to handle international sales on edgy drama "K-11."
U.K.-based finance entity Intandem Films has disposed of its ownership rights in five films for approximately $9.6 million to ATF Holdings, a subsidiary of Arrowhead Target Fund.
Intandem Films has replaced Seven Arts Intl. as the sales agent and servicer on a slate of 13 completed pics.
