Rubies Costumes will manufacture “Pacific Rim” Halloween masks, costumes, animatronics and decor.
MOVE LIKE JAEGER
Legendary has lined up the National Entertainment Collectibles Assn. to create three seven-inch action figures and an 18-inch figure, while Sideshow Collectibles will offer four high-end statues, and HeroClix will sell 10 small robot figurines.
Yukes is behind “Pacific Rim: The Game” for consoles, which pits robots against the film’s massive monsters, while Jump Games has a mobile game. Trading car and other minigames from Cryptozoic and HeroClix will keep fans busy outside the megaplex.
NECA will supply “Pacific Rim”-branded model kits, prop replicas, puzzles, board games, backpacks, dog tags, watches, keychains, pins, hoodies and T-shirts; while Brown Trout will publish calendars and Odd City Entertainment will offer 15 limited edition prints.
READ UP ON ROBOTS
Insight Editions will publish an art book on the making of “Pacific Rim,” while a novelization is planned from Titan Books, and Legendary’s comicbook arm will release “Pacific Rim: Tales From Year Zero” as a prequel to the film.
