“Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” won best revival play and best direction of a play. Show’s Tracy Letts took best performance by an actor in a leading role in a play.
“Pippin” took home best revival of a musical and best direction of a musical. Show’s Patina Miller won best performance by an actress in a leading role in a musical; Andrea Martin won best performance by an actress in a featured role in a musical.
“The Nance” took home awards for best scenic design of a play, best costume design of a play and best sound design of a play.
“Rodgers + Hammerstein’s Cinderella” took home the award for best costume design of a musical.
