The tally was two-thirds less than the opening week sales of 721,000. Its cume is now 971,000.
Three debuts landed in the top 10.
Motley Crue’s “Saints of Los Angeles” (Masters 2008/Motley) sold 99,000 copies to open at No. 4; Three 6 Mafia’s “Last 2 Walk” (Hypnotize Minds/Columbia) sold 77,000 to debut at No. 5; and Shinedown’s “The Sound of Madness” (Atlantic) moved 50,000 (No. 8).
Iceland’s Sigur Ros posted career bests in sales and chart position as “Med Sud I Eyrum Vid Splium Endalaust” (XL) sold 32,000 to start at No. 15.
Other debuts included Cute Is What We Aim For’s second album “Rotation” (Fueled by Ramen) selling 23,000 (No. 21); Amos Lee’s “Last Days at the Lodge” (Blue Note) bunking down with 16,000 (No. 29) and Dwele’s “Sketches of a Man” (Koch) drawing in 14,000 (No. 35).
Among the top sellers, the soundtrack to Disney’s “Camp Rock” displayed the greatest staying power, dropping only 10% from its debut week. Disc sold 169,000 to bring its cume to 358,000.
