Television writer and producer Blake Masters, creator of the three-season crime drama “Brotherhood” and a co-creator of “Law & Order: L.A.,” shelled out almost $2.5 million for a carefully maintained and largely original 1940s residence along a tree-lined street in the Los Feliz area of Los Angeles.
