Samantha Bee’s new program, “Full Frontal” is slated to air on TBS. When it airs for the first time pn February 8, however, it will also appear on TV networks like TruTV, HLN, Adult Swim and TNT, as the networks’ owner, Turner, tries to bring the comedienne to the notice of a broader suite of potential viewers.

Full Frontal with Samantha Bee” will air Monday nights at 10:30 p.m. on TBS, followed immediately by Conan O’Brien’s late-night show, “Conan.” TBS bills the show as a satirical take on weekly news that will also explore in-depth stories that are more or less overlooked by traditional media outlets.

Turner is adopting a promotional technique already embraced by rival Viacom, which has aired flagship programming such as the MTV Video Music Awards and the debut of Trevor Noah on “The Daily Show” across several of its holdings.

The show is executive-produced by Samantha Bee, Jason Jones, Jo Miller, Miles Kahn and Tony Hernandez

You know why late night hosts like Jay Leno, Jimmy Fallon, David Letterman, Jimmy Kimmel, etc – are so successful? Because they understand that you cannot have ‘political humor’ without alienating at least half – if not more – of your audience. That’s why they try for “common ground” humor that everyone can enjoy. Stephen Colbert learned that lesson the hard way when he was (and still is) consistently in the bottom of the ratings, even placing behind Seth Myers (who is on an hour LATER).

I just watched a preview for this clown’s show the other night where she was knocking Ben Carson for not taking the stage right away when his name was called at the last Republican debate. Instantly – she’s told half the country not to bother watching her. In a business that lives and dies by ratings, that’s a pretty dumbs*** thing to do.

I’m pretty upset hoping to watch my second show of American dad on adult swim and this really awful show comes on. Not funny, nor helpful. American dad and family guy help me calm down and sleep lol. Guess I’ll be watching south park during this window.

I saw promotions for this idiot clown showing her making fun of Syrian refugees. I thought it was tasteless and disgusting. Half a million dead and millions fled in that country and she dares to crack jokes about it!!!! Would she ever crack jokes about the Holocaust? I don’t think she would ever dare. Shame on TBS
