Just one week away from the highly anticipated premiere of Season 7, the “Pretty Little Liars” cast and creator hit the Hollywood Forever Cemetery for a spooky Freeform-a-palooza, featuring a screening of the network’s new summer series “Dead of Summer.”

Before the “Dead of Summer” screening, “Pretty Little Liars” creator I. Marlene King sat on a panel with cast members Lucy Hale, Troian Bellisario, Sasha Pieterse, Tyler Blackburn, Andrea Parker, Keegan Allen, plus producer Charlie Craig to tease what’s to come in the new season this summer.

‘Pretty Little Liars’: Marlene King Teases Season 7 Romances

“There will be a proposal in the summer and a wedding when we come back in the winter,” said King, confirming that the wedding will involve one of the Liars. (Season 7 will be split up into two parts, per usual, with the first half in summer and the back-half in winter.)

King also teased that a lot of people are going to die in the upcoming season: “It will be the biggest body count we’ve ever had on a season of ‘Pretty Little Liars.'”

The elephant in the room at the “PLL” event was the fact that Season 7 could be the last. Rumors have been long been swirling that the series will end after the upcoming season with cast members saying so in various interviews, but Freeform has not confirmed the ending, only releasing a mysterious statement that reads, “This is the end of ‘PLL’ as we know it.”

Wednesday night, when asked if Season 7 is the final season, King teased, “The show is coming to a closure of sorts, and that’s all we can say for now. Everyone loves their characters and the world so we hope it continues in some way shape or form.”

Season 7 of “Pretty Little Liars” premieres on June 21 at 9 p.m. on Freeform.
