Cooper Barrett and his gang are returning to Fox this Sunday with a new episode of “Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life,” an action-comedy that follows a problem-ridden twentysomething and his group of friends as they attempt to navigate their way through the inevitable mishaps of post-grad life.

In the latest “Cooper Barrett” installment, titular hero Cooper (Jack Cutmore-Scott) and his crew grapple with the disappearance of Cooper’s cell phone.  In an attempt to nab the phone thief, the guys resort to the “find my phone” mobile app, which leads them to a series of random destinations including an ice cream shop and a sketchy house that Neal (Charlie Saxton) refers to as the “Bates Motel.” While Cooper and the guys are dealing with his missing phone predicament, Leslie (Liza Lapira) and Kelly (Meaghan Rath) participate in a karaoke duet that escalates into a bar brawl.

The series, which premiered Jan. 3 on Fox, also stars James Earl, Justin Bartha and Marshall Manesh.

The comedy is produced by 20th Century Fox Television and The Jackal Group. It was written by Jay Lacopo and executive-produced by Lacopo, Gail Berman, Bill Callahan and James Griffiths.

“Cooper Barrett’s Guide to Surviving Life” airs Sundays at 8:30 p.m. on Fox.
