Relativity Media’s Kenneth Lynch was hospitalized with injuries suffered in a two-car accident in the Woodland Hills area on Tuesday afternoon.
Lynch, a senior financial exec at the studio, suffered a broken leg in the crash and was transported to a local hospital. The collision occurred around 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of Califa Street and Platt Avenue, Los Angeles police detective William Bustos told Variety.
The crash took place after one of the vehicles made a left turn into the path of the other, Bustos said. The vehicles were not racing, he added, but excessive speed may have been a factor.
One of the vehicles, a green McLaren, sustained extensive damage.
Relativity Media declined to comment.
