Actress Paz de la Huerta is suing Lionsgate, claiming an accident on the set of “Nurse 3D” left her unable to work.

The case moved forward on Tuesday after a hearing in Santa Monica, Calif., where Lionsgate hoped the judge would dismiss the case. The judge denied the request, allow the lawsuit to continue.

A video of the alleged incident emerged Tuesday via the New York Daily News. In it, a woman can be seen being hit by an ambulance, being thrown on the ground.

The clip is apparently from a “Nurse 3D” October 2011 shoot. The horror movie was released in 2013. According to the Daily News report, the video is being used as evidence in de la Huerta’s $55 million breach-of-contract lawsuit.

De la Huerta says she was left unable to work due to her injuries, which included a broken tailbone and a spinal fracture. The injuries reportedly required more than 20 surgeries.

“As you can see in the video, what happened that night was terrible,” de la Huerta told the New York Daily News. “It has scarred me both physically and emotionally for many years.”

A spokesperson for Lionsgate declined to comment on the case. Watch a video of the reported incident below.
