When the botched abduction goes awry and gets completely out of control, the cons find themselves on the run.

The producers introduced the project with Cage attached at Cannes.

“’Dog Eat Dog’ has all the elements of a global commercial hit and we’re thrilled to be drumming up sales at the start of EFM,” said Gary Hamilton, managing director of Arclight Films and an executive producer on the project.

Burman said, “Our cast brought their A-game and at the end of the day, we have a fantastic product – a suspenseful, dark and gritty, yet sardonically humorous film that will keep global audiences on the edge of their seats.”

Cage is repped by CAA and Link Entertainment. Cage is also represented by attorneys Jake Bloom and Patrick Knapp at Bloom Hergott.

Dafoe is repped by Frank Fratteroli of Circle of Confusion and CAA. Schrader is repped by Parseghian Planco, and Jeff Berg at Resolution. Edward Bunker and his Estate are represented by Jeanne Field at Windfall Management.
