Jeni Mulein, previously VP of event series at Fox Broadcasting, has joined Fullscreen as vice president of scripted development.

Mulein reports to Fullscreen VP of scripted programming Polly Auritt, who joined the company last fall. Auritt was previously VP of scripted development at MTV Networks.

Mulein joined Fox in September 2013 before departing last year; she has been working as a consultant with Fullscreen for several months. Prior to Fox, Mulein worked for about 10 years at Original Film, where she was co-producer of the film “SWAT: Firefight.”

Fullscreen is owned by Otter Media, the joint venture of AT&T and Chernin Group. The digital media company operates one of the largest YouTube multichannel networks, and is planning to launch a subscription video-on-demand service in 2016.

Other recent Fullscreen hires include ex-Hulu exec Andy Forssell, who joined as COO late last year, and Jason Klarman, formerly a senior exec at NBCUniversal’s Oxygen Media and Bravo Media, as its first chief marketing officer.
