Looking to expand its footprint in Century City, ICM Partners has announced plans to occupy the top five floors of the 35-floor high rise it currently resides in at 10250 Constellation Boulevard.
The move will begin this summer and the new space will feature expansive views of the city, from the Hollywood sign to downtown and the Pacific Ocean. The agency has engaged leading design firm, HOK, to implement a complete renovation of the 112,000 sq. ft. space, which will feature a two-story sky lobby, outdoor terraces, state-of-the-art technology and a central, internal staircase that connects each of its five floors.
The agency has had a forward-thinking mentality for the past three years after buying back the company from investors and renaming ICM Partners, as well as changing the company logo in an effort to rebrand. Sources close to the situation say that while they are always looking to grow in terms of more employees and divisions, the move is being made to help better suit the employees currently working at the company, with better conference rooms and more amenities to go along with the view.
The agency moved from its former Wilshire Boulevard address in Beverly Hills to its current Johnson Fain Partners-designed building in Century City in 2007. In addition to Los Angeles, ICM Partners has offices in New York and London.
