NBC has come to an agreement with the campaigns of John Kasich, Mike Huckabee, James Gilmore and Lindsey Graham for equal time following Donald Trump’s “Saturday Night Live” hosting gig on Nov. 7, the network said.

The candidates will be given time on 18 NBC affiliates in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina during primetime on Nov. 27 and Nov. 28, as well as during “Saturday Night Live” on Nov. 28. The time will be via network commercial and promo time, and a total of 12 minutes for each campaign.

Variety reported last week that the network was offering 12 minutes during primetime on Nov. 27 and 12 minutes in the “Saturday Night Live” slot on Nov. 28. Trump appeared for 12 minutes and 5 seconds on “SNL.”

Discussions are still ongoing with the campaign of George Pataki, who also requested equal time. Rand Paul’s campaign also inquired about equal time at at least one affiliate, but is is unclear if it was a formal request.

What about Rand Paul? He’s polling higher than all those above combined.

Congratulations if you were able to keep from falling asleep watching last Saturday’s episode or the Trump episode. – SNL has not been funny for a long time, yet the ratings up. – Thanks America! #wut

  3. These clowns are too dumb to realize no one wants to watch them.

  4. Glenn Michaels says:

First of all they wont get any ratings because no one cares what a career politician has to say. That’s like saying to Barbara Walters, to give each candidate equal interviews. No one Cares! This is why they are going down in the ratings. This has turned into a baby vs baby PC BS.

Lame. If Lorne Michaels had any sense, he would invite Jorge Ramos to host SNL asap.

  6. Chris says:

This should make for some riveting entertainment.
