Although ABC had a decent showing with its “Grey’s Anatomy” double-hitter, CBS led the Thursday battle with comedies “The Big Bang Theory,” “Mom” and “The Odd Couple.”

All three episodes were up from the previous week, bringing in an average of 14.64 million viewers and 3.4 rating/13 share for “Big Bang,” which was the top show of the night in both measures, as usual. “The Odd Couple” (2.1/7, 9.9 million) and  “Mom” (2.0/7, 9.2 million) did respectable business off “Big Bang’s” coattails.

ABC’s attempt at a throwback Thursday with its re-airing of the “Grey’s Anatomy” pilot at 8 p.m. received enough likes help the “Grey’s” special that followed at 9 p.m. win the hour in adults 18-49 (2.1/7). The special was the best drama of the night — although it still couldn’t help “American Crime,” which fell again, this time down 18% from last week to 4.42 million viewers.

Fox had a slow night with “Bones” hitting a series low at 1.0/4 in the adults 18-49 demo. million, followed by “Backstrom” with a 0.8/3. NBC was in rerun mode with “Law & Order: SVU” and “The Blacklist” capped at 10 p.m. by a fresh “Dateline NBC.”

CBS had no trouble winning with night with an average of 9.3 million viewers and 2.0/7 in adults 18-49.
