Paradigm has signed up and coming actress Ana de la Reguera, who recently appeared in Netflix’s “Narcos.” Her representation was announced Friday at the Los Cabos Film Festival, which Paradigm’s Gabriel Mena and Nick LoPiccolo are attending.
De la Reguera was previously represented by ICM and she continues to be managed by ROAR. The festival has become a key stop for agents, producers and financiers interested in Latino talent and projects.
In “Narcos,” she played Elisa, the leader of a communist revolutionary group in Columbia. She was a regular on “Eastbound & Down,” playing Vida, a singer romanced by Danny McBride in Mexico. She has also appeared on “The Blacklist,” “Anger Management” and the HBO Latin America prison drama “Capadocia.”
Her feature film credits include “Cowboys and Aliens,” “Cop Out,” “Nacho Libre” and “Ladies Night.”
De la Reguera is a staple on international magazine covers, and has been the face of CoverGirl, Esika, Pantene, Special K, Macy’s, Coca-Cola, Pepsi and Kahlua.
