Marvel Rehires Rob Steffens as CFO

Marvel Entertainment has rehired Rob Steffens as chief financial officer to replace Chris Acquaviva, who is leaving amicably to pursue new opportunities.

Steffens will report to Marvel chairman Isaac Perlmutter. Steffens left Marvel in 2013 to work as CFO and chief operating officer at Lorne Michaels’ Broadway Video after spending 11 years at Marvel. Disney acquired Marvel in 2009.

Steffens will work closely with Acquaviva through the transition into his new role.

Marvel also announced that Mindy Hamilton has been named senior VP of global partnerships at Marvel Studios and will report to Steffens. She joins Marvel from Paramount.
