Jim Parsons and Todd Spiewak’s That’s Wonderful Productions has tapped former Paramount Insurge development and production executive Eric Norsoph as head of development and production.

Norsoph, who will be responsible for the company’s film, television and theater projects, helped oversee the upcoming Bad Robot-produced thriller “The Cellar,” among other projects, while at Paramount Insurge.

He was previously with Fox Searchlight and Vendome Pictures.

“Todd and I feel very fortunate to get the chance to work with Eric. His understanding of the producing process is invaluable to us, and his desire to see new and unique voices reach a wider audience mirrors our own wishes,” said Parsons in a statement.
