Stacy Keibler Snags New Beverly Hills Georgian Mansion (EXCLUSIVE)

No fewer than four previously proven informants swear to this property gossip that model, actress and former professional wrestler Stacy Keibler and her digital-advertising entrepreneur husband, Jared Pobre, covertly, via corporate concern, shelled out $20.5 million for a brand spanking new Georgian mansion in the Flats of Beverly Hills. Listing details show the stately and sumptuously appointed Thomas Proctor-designed domicile — nearly 14,000 square feet with a total of eight bedrooms and nine full and three half bathrooms — seamlessly marries classic 1930s glamour, i.e. black-and-white marble checkerboard flooring, with modern day creature comforts.

The ballroom-scaled formal living room has a marble fireplace and herringbone pattern wood floor that continues into a formal dining room that easily seats a dozen. A walnut-paneled library offers another fireplace and wet bar, and the all-white kitchen is open to a combination dining area and family room where transom-topped French doors lead to a loggia that overlooks the grassy backyard and swimming pool. Upstairs, five family bedrooms share a den/playroom while the master suite provides two book-matched marble bathrooms and a boutique-style dressing room lined with glass-fronted wardrobes. A basement, finished to the same meticulous standards as the rest of the house, holds a gym, screening room and walk-in wine cellar, while a guesthouse beyond the swimming pool offers a living room, kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom.

Our research shows Pobre sold an 8,000-square-foot, Santa Barbara-style home in Newport Coast, Calif., last year for $8.75 million, and still owns an ultra-modern residence in the Trousdale Estates area of BevHills — purchased in late 2012 for $11.1 million — where last year Keibler gave birth to the couple’s daughter.
