Ashley Benson Flips Home in Beverly Hills (EXCLUSIVE)

Young Tinseltowner Ashley Benson appears to have caught a raging case of the Celebrity Real Estate Fickle. Just over a month ago, the 25-year-old “Pretty Little Liars” star shelled out $4.15 million for a mini-mansion in the Beverly Hills Post Office area that she’s lickety-split flipped back on the market — with little or no improvements as far as we can tell — with an asking price of a hair under $4.4 million. The decadently appointed if arguably architecturally clunky residence, described in listing details as a “beautiful gated Mediterranean villa,” sits atop a two-car garage on a narrow lane off Coldwater Canyon, and current listing details show the three-story, elevator-equipped house weighs in at just over 6,100 square feet, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. A glitzy limestone-floored foyer and formal living room with fireplace are joined by a formal dining room and a family room that links through to an expensively equipped if somewhat unconventionally shaped center-island kitchen. Other creature comforts include a wine cellar and media room. A series of French doors along a barrel-vaulted gallery open the main floor living spaces to a walled courtyard with a wee patch of tree-shaded grass and a plunge-sized swimming pool.

Miss Benson, a two-time Teen Choice Award winner who co-starred in Harmony Korine’s debauched 2012 cult classic “Spring Breakers,” continues to own a 1930s French Normandy cottage just above the Sunset Strip that she picked up in 2012 for $2.2 million, and was previously owned by Kylie Minogue and, later, Dave Stewart of Eurythmics fame.
