CAA Signs Tomoya Suzuki, Producer Stories International

Film-TV producer Stories International and its president-CEO Tomoya Suzuki have signed with Creative Artists Agency for representation in film, TV and digital media, Variety has learned exclusively.

Stories International is the U.S.-based production arm and joint venture of Sega and Hakuhodo DY Group, the seventh-largest ad agency worldwide.

Suzuki and Stories are producing 40 film, TV and digital projects based on Sega’s game franchises Shinobi, Golden Axe, Altered Beast, Virtua Fighter and Crazy Taxi. They will partner with studios, producers and filmmakers to co-develop English-language adaptations of these properties for global release.

“We are thrilled to work with the team at CAA to partner with incredible filmmaking talent to create inspiring filmed entertainment projects for worldwide audiences, and look forward to seeing each of these projects come to life,” Suzuki said.
