WATCH: Kevin Bacon Celebrates 30th Anniversary of ‘Footloose’ on ‘Tonight Show’

According to new host Jimmy Fallon, Kevin Bacon put on “the best entrance in the history of (‘The Tonight Show’)” on Friday night.

The actor celebrated the 30th anniversary of his 1984 hit musical “Footloose” with an elaborate song and dance routine on the NBC late night staple.

As part of the opening bit, Fallon proclaims that dancing has been outlawed on the talk show. “Dancing is illegal?” a disgruntled Bacon asks aloud backstage. “This is the ‘Tonight Show.’ There has to be dancing!”

Fallon changes his tune after the epic number.
