“Beverly Hills, 90210″ alums Tori Spelling and Jennie Garth are on the case again with ABC Family “Mystery Girls,” as the net has ordered the project to series.

The new comedy, staring and exec produced by the thesps, follows two former detective TV show starlets who are brought back together by a real-life mystery.

ABC Family also announced that is has picked up “Young & Hungry” to series, exec produced by former teen idol Ashley Tisdale. “Hannah Montana’s” Emily Osment stars as a food blogger with aspirations of becoming a chef.

“It’s great to start the new year and my tenure at ABC Family with the pickup of these two funny original series,” said ABC Family president Tom Ascheim. “ABC Family’s comedy lineup continues to resonate with our audience, and I’m thrilled to boost that momentum by adding ‘Mystery Girls’ and ‘Young & Hungry,’ which are sure to become fan favorites.”
