With Brooke Burke-Charvet ousted as Tom Bergeron’s co-host on ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” ABC is expected to name Fox Sports anchor Erin Andrews as her replacement.

ABC is expected to make it official with Andrews on Monday. A rep for the network declined comment Sunday afternoon.

Andrews, formerly with ABC sibling ESPN, is already familiar with the dancing competition series, having competed with pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy on season 10 in 2010. She came in third place.

Burke-Charvet has co-hosted the show for seven seasons and broke the news of her firing via Twitter on Friday.

Andrew rejoined Fox Sports in 2012 after reporting for ESPN for eight years.

People magazine was the first to report news of Andrews’ new gig on its website Sunday afternoon.
