'Pretty Little Liars' Alum Bryce Johnson

After being killed off ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars,” Bryce Johnson is headed to The CW’s “Supernatural: Bloodlines.”

He joins “PLL” alums Sean Faris and Nathaniel Buzolic for the “Supernatural” spin-off (previously titled “Supernatural: Tribes”). The pilot is currently being filmed in Vancouver.

Johnson played Detective Darren Wilden on “PLL.” His character was murdered in 2011’s season four premiere.

Written by Andrew Dabb and directed by Robert Singer, “Bloodlines” revolves around the various mafiosa monster families that run the underbelly of Chicago. They’re being tracked by a hunter who’s trying to rid the city of supernatural beings.

“Bloodlines” will air as an episode of “Supernatural” on April 29.
