Pivot Renews Docu-Series ‘Human Resources’

Pivot Renews Human Resources TV Show

Participant Media’s cabler Pivot has renewed docu-series “Human Resources” for a 10-episode second season to air in 2015.

“Human Resources” follows New Jersey-based recycling company TerraCycle and its employees as they work to eliminate the idea of waste.  The second season of the series will continue to follow “Recycle Right!,” a campaign from Pivot, TerraCycle and Recycle Across America, designed to promote the importance and impact of recycling on individuals and businesses.

“We’re so pleased with the response to the first season of ‘Human Resources’ and can’t wait to see what TerraCycle has in store for us in season two,” said Belisa Balaban, exec vice president of original programming at Pivot. “The series is the perfect demonstration of Pivot’s mission to serve up entertaining originals that organically spark a conversation about ways to affect positive social change.”

“Human Resources” is produced by Pivot and Left/Right. Jeff Skoll and Christy Spitzer will serve as exec producers for Pivot, with Ken Druckerman, Banks Tarver and Anneka Jones for Left/Right. The show’s first-season finale airs at 10 p.m. tonight.
