NBC has pulled the plug on the Krysten Ritter comedy “Mission Control,” which had a six-episode midseason order.

The Universal TV project from Gary Sanchez Prods. had been trying to recast one of the key roles, played by Michael Rosenbaum in the pilot. With no luck in finding a new co-star, the decision was made to table the project, which starred Ritter as an aerospace engineer leading a team of scientists in the 1960s.

News of the show’s demise was first reported by the Hollywood Reporter.

I still miss her on that apartment bitch show…I really liked it. Something funny going on at Universal I guess. She must have pissed someone off or something
